Hello. I'm back from Kansas.
Hope everyone has had a lovely holiday so far.
I had a lovely Christmas at my cousins. Lots of hanging out with family, knitting, watching t.v., and eating, lots and lots of eating.
My cousin had a very comfy overstuffed chair and ottoman that I parked myself in and knit, a lot.
As a result I have several FO's to show you.
Yippy, the legwarmers are done!
I thought I was never, ever, going to finish the second one. I like them and I think they will serve their purpose, warmth. The pattern is from Last-Minute Knitted Gifts, I love this book, and it looks like this and some other knitting books are on sale at Amazon. There is a mistake in the book in regards to the amount of yarn used but corrections can be found at Purl. I used the Cascade 220 like they did but used Rowan Kidsilk Haze instead of the Madil Kid Seta.
I also finished my Aqua Melon socks. I love them, the colors, the feel, everything. Still not happy with my heel technique, but I think I'm slowly improving
I swear my feet are the same size.
So the yarn is Vesper Sock Yarn by Knitterlythings in the Aqua Melon colorway and I got it at Kpixie.
I started on a new pair of socks which I will post a picture of tomarrow and also a little show and tell of some of the Christmas goodies I got this year.

Projects look great. Stripes on socks lined up well!
Yay, finished leg warmers! I parked myself in my mom's comfy chair and got lots of cat petting and a bit of knitting done in CA. I love comfy chairs!
Your picture yesterday is really neat, I like it.
Congrats on finishing the leg warmers. Those are the first thing you knitted when you joined N. End Knitters! The melon sox look awesome.
Congratulations on all the FOs! They all look great.
