Finished scarves just in time for summer.
The first one was done on the machine. Its two layers sewn together and I played around with more crochet for the fringe. I finished this one a little bit ago but it took me forever to get to the blocking, which made a big difference in how it lays flat. I used two different kinds of yarn: I think RY Cashcotton 4 Ply for the stripes and Dalegarn Baby Ull for the charcoal grey.
This one is a handknit that I finished ages ago but just got to blocking this as well. The yarn is Rowan Big Wool Tuft done in garter stitch on size 35 needles.
I love making scarves and wearing them but I'll just have to wait till fall and winter, sigh.
